How to Apply
1st Year Student Admission
First Year Students are required to enter discipleship classes as part of their curriculum. This is accomplished two ways, be part of a local church, with small groups, house church or a recognized small group ministry.
Graduate Student Admission
Graduate Students are required to lead a discipleship group and be training at least one other small group leader or undergraduate student.
Transfer Student and Prior Learning Admission
Transfer Credits
Transfer credits are those granted from a higher education institution. Many adults have one or more college courses, and those credits can be applied toward degrees.
Prior Learning Credits
Prior learning credits allow previous learning in a variety of forms to count toward your degree. TCCA awards credits for that prior learning, even if it took place outside of a college classroom.
Application Submission & Status
Requirements
1. Students must understand the absolute Lordship of Jesus Christ through an ongoing relationship with Him, and by a desire to reach greater maturity in Him in full obedience to His will.
2. An Application for Admission must be completed and submitted in its entirety.
3. A copy of a high school diploma or its equivalent, plus copies of all degrees, awards or certificates must be included with your application. If an applicant has not yet completed high school, you may still enroll and receive assistance in obtaining a GED.
4. Original and sealed official transcripts from all previous learning institutions must be sent directly to Tapestry Christian College and Academy, Inc. 1260 S. Courtenay Parkway, Merritt Island, FL 32952.
5. If applicable, a Life Experience and Ministry Portfolio must be completed and submitted.
6. A letter from the student stating their educational and spiritual goals must be included with the Application.
Admission to Tapestry Christian College and Academy, Inc is subject to approval by the Admissions committee, whose decision is final. After receipt of the above items, TCCA will ascertain proficiency to determine placement in the highest degree program. NOTE: It is not necessary to commit to a degree program before beginning your courses.
